Last year our Wedding of the Year competition was a huge success - readers from all over the region entered for their chance to be crowned with the title. So this year we've decided to run the competition again; only we've upped the ante with a fabulous mini-break for two.
How does it work?
Throughout the year, we'll be looking for couples whose Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire-based weddings have taken place between October, 2011, and September, 2012. Every issue we'll reveal the shortlisted couples, and readers can vote online for their favourite. The winner of each issue will go through to the final, which will be held in spring next year.
Any newlyweds can enter the competition: it doesn't matter whether the wedding was large or small; modest or spectacular. Remember, it's the readers who vote, and determine who ends up in the final - and ultimately who wins!
How to enter
If you'd like to put your wedding forward, simply click on 'I want to enter' link above, where you'll find a short entry form. Once you've filled in your details click 'submit' and, if your entry has been successful, a member of the team will contact you. It's as simple as that.
What’s the prize?

The overall winners will not only claim the all-important Wedding of the Year title and a feature all about their big day in the magazine, they’ll also win a luxurious two-night stay at the Beaumont Estate. The prize includes two nights accommodation in a White House Junior Suite, a champagne dinner for two on the first night, and breakfast on both mornings. Terms and conditions apply, dates are subject to availability.
Beaumont Estate Set in 40 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the Beaumont Estate lies in the heart of historic Windsor. Once a private residence dating back to the 17th century, the estate now comprises The White House, Beaumont House and The Chapel.
The White House is a magnificent executive wing which has 26 guest rooms, including 16 premium deluxe rooms and 10 luxurious suites, all of which benefit from a private entrance, car park and dining room.
Beaumont House makes up the original building of the estate and boasts a number of beautiful bedrooms and function suites, including the fantastic Hanover Suite.
The Chapel has recently undergone a sympathetic restoration to bring it back to its Victorian splendour. Its arched 50ft high ceiling is a stunning canvas of detailed paintings, complemented by an altar screen and rose-stained glass windows. It is a breathtaking venue in which to celebrate your big day.
